Does PlayLearn require an account?
No. Profiles and progress are stored locally on the device.
Why does a 3D lab need internet access?
Some labs download large educational models when they open. No child profile or learning history is sent with those downloads.
How do I remove saved information?
Use the reset option in the Grown-ups area or delete PlayLearn from the device.
How does arcade time work?
Parents choose the daily arcade allowance. Completing eligible math and word challenges can earn bonus time, up to the parent-controlled daily limit.
Can I choose which activities my child sees?
Yes. The Grown-ups area lets parents show, hide, and pin individual games, labs, and Discovery Worlds for each child profile.
What accessibility choices are available?
Parents can adjust motion, animation speed, text size, contrast, narration, and haptics from the Grown-ups area.

- Check the device’s internet connection before opening a 3D lab for the first time.
- Make sure iOS is up to date before reporting a display or rotation issue.
- Use the in-app Exit control before switching between several activities.
